Jessica responded to my request for a custom stamp in a timely manner, and was willing to accommodate my custom order. Stamp arrived beautifully packaged and just what I was hoping for. I thought this stamp was really cute and wish that I had received it. Seller had sent me a proof within a few days and I approved it the next day. It just sat after that. After two weeks of my item not shipping (I was told production would take 3-5 days), I contacted the seller. She refunded my shipping and discounted the product and said she would make it and send it the next day. Great! It got marked as shipped the very next day and then it just sat. My tracking info said that the label was created and that was it. I gave it a week and then I tried to contact the seller again. No response. I contacted her again 1 full month after I had placed the order and, again, no response. At this point, I think I gave up and just decided to open a case with Etsy and that was when I finally got a response and my refund.

Bought for return address on wedding invites. Seller is communicative and nice, but we never received the item.
Desc. says it's ready to ship in 3-5 days, but after buying on 7/13, I was informed production would take 1 week and it would ship after. A surprise, but no biggie, as I just needed to mail out invitations by end of month. That said, I would not have purchased, if it stated shipping could take almost 2 weeks.
Checked in 7/24- she said it would ship next day, and she'd also upgrade to priority, which we appreciated. However, the tracking never updated past the label creation, and after a stressful couple of days, with invites ready to go except for return address, I had to figure out something else.
She was prompt with refund and pleasant to deal with, but overall, I'm sorry to say, it wasn't a great experience.

My stamp arrived so quickly and it is so cute! Excellent quality cannot wait to use on my wedding favors!

took awhile to ship but very good quality

I was told on April 28th that production would take about 1 week which means my order should've shipped out between May 6-9th but the shipping label was created on May 11th and the package wasn't actually taken to the post office until May 16. That's 21 days after I'd placed my order! So it arrived yesterday, May 25th, almost an entire month from when I first ordered it on April 26th :( Other than the horribly long time it took to arrive, the item is as described and well made.

Didn't arrive in time for Valentine's Day, but she was super nice and refunded my shipping fee. Thank you!
