Can you make this in sterling silver instead of 14k gold fill?
I can often recreate my jewelry in a different type of metal so please send me a convo and ask if you see something you like.
Sizing details
Listings that allow you to choose the length are not considered custom orders and are returnable. However, asking for a length that is shorter or longer than offered will be considered a custom order and is not returnable.
Can you make this necklace longer/shorter?
I can change the length of many of my necklaces, the most common exception being silk necklaces. However, I might be able to duplicate the silk necklace in your size. Please send me a convo and ask before ordering.
Can you make this necklace using a different gemstone?
Yes, I can almost always duplicate a style using different gemstones. I have thousands of gemstone beads to choose from in all varieties, shapes and sizes.
Are the Ethiopian opals you use in your jewelry genuine?
I guarantee that the Ethiopian opals I sell are genuine. I personally select the rough that is used for the nugget styles and I purchase much of it from Ethiopian mine representatives. No one makes "fake" rough opal, covered with the soil of the region.
The beads I purchase are from reputable gem cutters in India who have shops on Etsy, some of whom I met when I travelled to India recently. Many of my beads are cut to my specifications which is why I am able to sell designs that no one else does.
Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders and will work to meet your expectations in every way possible. Most custom orders will be made only after the custom order listing in purchased. It will be non-returnable unless it is damaged in shipping. In certain custom order requests, if the piece to be made is something that I would normally list in my shop, I may waive this rule. Feel free to ask if that is the case in your order.
