Everything is handmade with love, care and attention to detail in my Dorset home studio.

I love to sew and create things, especially Custom Orders so if you see something in my shop and would like a different colour or pattern, please convo me for details!

I can applique most of my buntings with names or words in UPPERCASE. If you require anything different to this, please convo me.

As you can imagine, handmade items take time to make. All personalised orders are posted within 21 days of receipt of payment. If you need your order quicker than this, please let me know and I will always do my very best to get your order out quickly. However I cannot guarantee delivery times and sometimes parcels do get held up in customs. iI you require an item for a specific date, please order early and let me know at the time of ordering.

Overseas buyers - i accept only paypal
Uk buyers - I accept paypal, Personal Cheque or Postal order
Please note items are only sent out once the payment is cleared
Shipping
I try to ship items as quickly as possible, but i will notify you if there will be any delay with your order.

UK purchases will be sent using 1st Class mail

INTERNATIONAL purchases will be sent by Airmail unless you pay extra for Airsure or International Signed For.

PLEASE NOTE I am unable to track or estimate delivery date. Unfortunately, once your parcel leaves me it is out of my control. I cannot accept responsibility for international orders that are held up in customs or parcels delayed in the post.

Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package.

I am sorry, but I accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, although I always obtain proof of postage and keep all certificates and receipts as PROOF to you that it was genuinely sent. I will insure goods if asked to do so at time of order, at additional cost, if the service is available.

All shipping charges are final and when you pay for your items you agree to the shipping fees and methods of postage. Your order will be shipped to the address you enter into PAYPAL at time of making your payment, please make sure it is correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am sure that you will be completely happy with your Cherubs purchase.

I do however offer a fair returns policy in line with the Distance Selling Regulations. I would ask in the first place that you NOTIFY me of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of delivery and I will happily refund you once I have received the returned item. PLEASE NOTE that all my Personalised, Custom or Made to Order items are made to customer specifications and are therefore, unless faulty, non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition, if the items are returned to me damaged (other than postal damage) then only a part refund will be made. When returning items, I would recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as I am unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Goods are returned at your cost. I do not make a refund for the return postage, that is your responsibility.
