Any unpaid orders will be cancelled within one week unless buyer has contacted me.
Shipping
All items are shipped by Canada Post Airmail within 72 hours of completed transaction.

For items shipping within Canada, please allow approx. 3 - 5 days for delivery.
For items shipping to the US, please allow approx. 7 - 8 days for delivery.
For items shipping internationally, please allow approx. 9 - 10 days for delivery.

**Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout**
Items are shipped to your Etsy address and not your Paypal address.
Seller cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address information given.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.

I do my best to ensure your item is packaged properly.
In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact me right away. I will happily replace the item provided it is returned within 15 days of when the item was received by the customer. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and item will reship at my cost. In the event the item cannot be replaced (i.e. it is an original one-off), arrangements for a refund will be made (please note that in this case shipping is not refundable).
