I've admired tinyhappy's stitched brooches for ages, but I was never able to snatch one up. Well, now I've got TWO!! Good things come to those who wait. ;-) So pretty and charming! Simply and safely packaged. Swiftly mailed out.

Many of my customers buy items to send as gifts for new babies or children's birthdays. I am happy to gift-wrap, include a hand-written card with your message, and send it directly to the child if you'd like- all free of charge. Just let me know in the 'message to seller' box, and remember to include your personal message.

Returns and exchange details
If you're not happy with your item for any reason, please let me know, and we can work something out.
If there is a fault with the item (everything is handmade, and I'm human) then please let me know a.s.a.p, and i will send you a replacement as quickly as I can.
If you think your package might be lost in the mail, please let me know. Of 500 transactions, I've had 3 packages go missing. They've all turned up at their original destinations eventually, (about 2 months later) but it's been frustrating that they didn't arrive in good time. If it's been 3-4 weeks, and your item hasn't yet arrived, I'll send you another.
Immeadiate payment is appreciated, but please let me know if you'd rather pay later- I am happy to reserve items in my shop if you'd like. If no payment is made after three days, and I don't hear from you, I'll re-list the item.
Sometimes, customers don't realise that they haven't paid through paypal. You know if you've paid if you receive an email confirming the purchase from both Etsy, AND Paypal.
After years of under-charging for shipping, I've now started to set the costs more accurately, so shipping has gone up.
I do however offer a flat rate - one shipping charge for whatever is ordered.
