Cute animal themed ceramic gifts to bring a smile to your face.

Hi, I’m Joy and I create cute ceramic gifts in my backyard studio. When I developed carpal tunnel syndrome from working long hours in digital animation, I knew I had to find a different creative outlet that wouldn’t cause chronic pain. My Mom offered me an old pottery wheel gathering dust in her garage and I gave it a try. My first creation was a lumpy, dumpy little coffee mug that said “Don’t give up!” and that’s when my business, Tiny Happy Clay, was born. The idea that I could create small, encouraging gifts that would serve as a daily reminder to smile still motivates me to this very day!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If your item is damaged I will try and replace it or refund your money. Please let me know immediately and I do require a digital photo for claim purposes.
If you are not satisfied you may return it for a full refund or exchange (not including shipping costs).

I accept credit cards and pay pal.
Shipping
I carefully pack the items to make sure they arrive in one piece. I generally use USPS so packages can be tracked and I try to get it in the mail ASAP. I also send you a message when I've shipped your item.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, it generally takes 2-3 weeks to complete and I just need you to message me with a description of what you want and pictures of your animals (if requesting a portrait.) Price depends on details but is usually around $35 - $45. I will give you updates throughout the process to request feedback on the design and color. Custom work is non-refundable and must be purchased before I begin.

Care instructions

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe unless they have gold luster on them.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, I gift wrap items (if requested) in either white tissue paper or brown craft paper with red and white bakers twine and will include a handwritten note with your message. Be sure and include your name so they know who it is from!

I need it fast for a gift

I can do my best to meet your gifting deadline if you message me when you place your order with the specific date you need it by. I’ll be in touch to let you know if it’s doable!

I’m local to Austin, I don’t want to pay shipping

I can meet up locally in the Austin area to deliver your order. Let me know before you order to receive a free shipping code or after you order and I will arrange a meeting time and will refund your shipping costs if you already paid them. I try to meet in public parking lots convenient to both parties- I am located South. I can also drop it off at your doorstep if you live fairly close.
