This particular order was accidentally rerouted to Guam in its way to upstate NY (I kid you not!) and Kim immediately wanted to send a replacement. I told her it was not necessary as there wasn’t a pressing timeline to receive the garland and I knew it would most likely be routed back shortly (and it was). It’s important to remember that small businesses have REAL humans running them, pouring their literal heart and soul, blood, sweat, and tears into everything they make. There usually isn’t a margin for replacement in the bottom lines of one-woman-shows, and small businesses cannot control the USPS! Please be patient and kind when shopping small, ESPECIALLY during the busy holiday season. Thank you for creating beautiful things and for being a wonderful human!

Care instructions
Every handmade item comes with a small print out with detailed care instructions. Hand knit hats also come with details about the type of yarn and where it comes from.
Custom and personalized orders

Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come gift wrapped in recycled packing paper with string. I try to use all recycled materials when packing to reduce our carbon footprint.
All quilts come with a custom cotton bag to keep for safe storing when not in use.
