I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so that I have the opportunity to work with you to make things right.
For customers outside the United States: Depending on the country you are receiving the package in, you may have to pay duties and taxes on the imported merchandise. Please be familiar with your country's import laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes assessed on the package by the receiving country.
All orders will ship no more than three business days from the date of payment with the exception of items which specifically note a longer preparation time.
PACKAGE INSURANCE: Polymer clay items will be insured by Tiny Tails Hammocks at no extra charge for domestic delivery. If you wish to insure any other items, it is available at a small cost.
Tiny Tails Hammocks is unable to replace or refund the value of items without insurance in the unlikely event that they are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
