Refunds and exchanges on canvas items will be looked at on an individual basis to see if they qualify. No exchanges on soap due to the hygienic nature of the item. A refund on soap may be possible but will be looked at on an individual basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will do everything we can to remedy the situation within reason including offering discounts and/or store credit. One of a kind art that a customer is unsatisfied with may merit up to a 75% refund.

All items are shipped through USPS First Class Post and Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. We handle all shipping, no exceptions. Fragile items are packed in foam to ensure their safe arrival to you. All packing material is recyclable and/or compostable to reduce waste sent to the landfill. Limited Warranties:

FOR TIPIS: If kept exclusively indoors we offer a limited warranty good up to 3 years after the purchase date. For Tipis erected outside we offer a limited warranty good up to 14 months after the purchase date. If materials used to make the product should prove faulty then the customer may ship the item back at their own expense for free repairs not to exceed 3 hours. If the quality of work/craftsmanship is found to be the problem the customer may ship the item back at their own expense for free repairs not to exceed 4 hours. A failure of craftsmanship is defined as seams or stitches that come undone for no apparent reason. Seamstress has final say on all repairs and retains the right to refuse repairs if he/she feels the tipi has been misused, abused, erected incorrectly, or set up for any length of time outdoors. Tipis needing repairs that are not covered by the warranty or exceed the amount allowed in the warranty can still be fixed at the rate of $25/hour. Tiny Tipis will pay for return shipping only if all or most of the repairs were made under the warranty. Please clear it with us before you ship an item so we know to expect it. This warranty does not cover poles or acts of God.

FOR CANVAS BAGS: In the unlikely event of a bag failure we offer a limited warranty good for up to 3 years after the purchase date. If materials used to make the product should prove faulty the customer may contact us and arrange to send theirs back in exchange for a new one at no extra cost. If there is a failure of craftsmanship, such as seams or stitches that come undone for no reason, customer may contact us and arrange to ship the old bag back and Tiny Tipis will ship a new one at no extra cost. In all warranty cases customer pays for original item to be shipped back, Tiny Tipis pays for new one to be shipped out. Seamstress has final say on all warranty approvals. This warranty does not cover bags that have been in contact with harsh chemicals, sharp objects, or the liner portion of our bow bags. Please clear it with us before you ship an item so we know to expect it.

FOR ORGANIZERS: In the event of an organizer failure we offer a limited warranty good for up to 2 years after the purchase date. If materials used to make the product should prove faulty the customer may contact us and arrange to send theirs back in exchange for a new one at no extra cost. If there is a failure of craftsmanship, such as seams or stitches that come undone for no reason, customer may contact us and arrange to ship the old item back and Tiny Tipis will ship a new one at no extra cost. In all warranty cases customer pays for original item to be shipped back, Tiny Tipis pays for new one to be shipped out. This warranty does not cover organizers that have been in contact with liquids, chemicals, sharp objects, or the stuffed to the breaking point. Seamstress has final say on all warranty approvals.
