Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I do not accept returns or offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. But i do refund if we come to an agreement, if there is a real problem.

Payment
I only accept Paypal at this time. Unless you are from Israel and we can contact personally.
Shipping
I send all my products by regular airmail, which offers no insurance or tracking. They usually reach their destination in 12 to 14 work days (from Israel). Please be patient. )
If you want insurance and tracking for your order, please send me a message before making your purchase and I will send you a revised invoice.

Your order will be shipped within 3 work days of receipt payment.

I ship to the address that is on file with Etsy. It is your responsibility to make sure that your address on Etsy is correct. If you want me to ship to a different address, please indicate this in your Message to Seller.
