5 out of 5 starsIt’s delicious and the amount is generous - at one teaspoon a serving it should last a few months. I drink it every other day about an hour after dinner, and it really helps with bloating. It also helps me fall asleep easier. I would recommend it in a half oat milk half water mixture sweetened with honey. NOTE: make sure your liquid is very warm but not boiling, the heat will make your milk taste bitter.
