All items are shipped from Canada
Please read our policies before you buy and convo us if you have any questions, or would like to reserve an item. Reserves are for a maximum of 5 days.

We love vintage and are committed to listing items truthfully, pricing them fairly, and completing transactions promptly. We believe in Good Customer Service and Good Karma :) If there are any problems or issues please contact us ASAP before leaving feedback.

You can pay using all major Credit Cards and Debit cards via Paypal, without having a Paypal account.
Shipping is within 3 business (Monday-Friday) days after payment has cleared, unless our main shop page states that we are out of town.
USA - 1-3 weeks (Airmail)
International - 4-8-12 weeks (Ground/Surface mail), 1-4 weeks (Airmail)
Canada - 1-2 weeks

Once an item is shipped, please understand it is out of our hands, we are not responsible for postal travel time or delays caused by USA & International Customs.

CUSTOMS FEES - The buyer is responsible for any fees, taxes, VAT, and duties charged by their government for importing their parcel. The information we write on the customs forms will be accurate about the cost of your item.

SHIPPING REFUNDS and MULTIPLE ITEMS - Depending on location, you may pay less than the listed rates. Buying more than one item can be very cost effective, please contact us with your postal code for a shipping quote.
If you have already paid, we will refund shipping overages over $2.00 back to your Paypal account. At the Post Office; currency exchange, fuel surcharges & sales tax are costs not shown on the Canadian dollar postage label.

--FEDEX/UPS SAVINGS: It will cost less to ship it to a commercial business (your work), as these companies charge a fee to deliver to a residential address.

--Before an insurance claim is submitted, your assistance is immediately required; photos of the damage and the original packaging are needed. You may need to fill out and sign an insurance claim form.
After a claim is accepted, we will issue a refund.
--Weights and dimensions in listings are only for the item, not the final parcel. We reuse and recycle packaging as much as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our vintage items are Final Sale. Each item is unique vintage, are over 20 years old, and must be expected to have normal wear for their age. If you have any specific questions about the condition of an item or would like additional photographs before you decide to buy, just contact us and we will happily provide more information.

PLEASE contact us right away and before leaving feedback if there are any issues with your order, we want happy customers.

We document small flaws in our listings such as scratches, chips, cracks and crazing. We are non smokers but vintage items may come from homes of smokers or people with pets - if it smells smokey to us then that will be stated in the listing.
