-Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping
♥ ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS USPS
3-6 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT(this does not include weekends or Holidays).

♥Orders are processed in the order they are received

♥ IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS BY A CERTAIN DAY: You can upgrade your order to RUSH processing and delivery- please contact me BEFORE you purchase you items if you want to add this to your order.

♥ TTC is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen. All packages in the United states come with delivery confirmation, you can add insurance for an additional charge.

♥ I will ship internationally but please be aware that once the package is shipped, I cannot be accountable for what the USPS does after that. Once the package leaves the United States, it is left in the hands of your country's postal service and customs.

♥♥PLEASE NOTE♥♥: I will only ship to addresses on your PayPal account. If you have moved or if you wish to ship to another address, please update your address information with PayPal PRIOR to checking out. This protects both parties and there are NO exceptions. If you need assistance with doing that, please convo me or contact PayPal. I am not responsible for misdirected mail due to out dated information.
Refunds and Exchanges

Keep in mind it is to my discretion whether complaints are genuine

♥ Products that are custom made and only constructed when the customer places an order are NON-Refundable . I ask that you take your time when placing your order...ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS YOU LIKE :)

Items will however be replaced, or exchanged if...

♥♥an item is received broken or defective in case you must notify me within 3 days of receipt, otherwise I will only accept these items at my discretion. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

♥ All SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

♥ Tip Toe Couture will process your exchange within 5 business days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this takes place
