I can't make up my mind sometimes too....reserves and holds are available for a 24 hour period. If you need a longer window, please contact me to set up a deposit or payment plan. If you do not contact me reserves are taken down.
International: All packages are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days of payment via first class international mail. 1-4 week delivery. A caring reminder that international customers are responsible for their country's respective customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. All international sales are sent out without insurance unless requested by the customer...If you choose not to ship without insurance tip toe curio is not responsible!

-Orders cannot be returned unless I have made a mistake or they have been misrepresented.
- Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
- If we have provided a rush delivery date upon your request there are no returns or refunds.
- If you ordered an item for an event and used the item there are no returns or refunds.
- No refunds on items that have been altered by you in any way.
- No refunds on items broken or damaged by you.
- No partial refunds.
- No refunds on items that have been damaged or damaged in shipping upon return to us.
- We do not accept returns or do refunds on items shipped internationally.
- We do not offer refunds on items that may arrive late due to a postal service issue or your inability or refusal to receive a package from a mail service carrier.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you need to send an item back to us for any reason you will have to pay return shipping. If the return shipping is not paid or the item was sent back COD we will not collect it with fees to be paid at the post office.
- You must contact us for instructions and a reference number before you return an item to us.
- If you refuse a package or fail to collect it and it is not returned to us we will not refund you until we receive the item back.

The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you and identifying marks intact.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. If we do not receive the item back and you have not insured the item or purchased confirmation. There will be no refund.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.
After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days. For protection of both the shop owner and buyer.
Damaged Item Procedure:
Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance.
We require that all shipments be insured unless declined by the buyer. If a buyer requests that an item not be shipped insured, the shop owner is then not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping.
To begin the process, please contact the shop owner and alert them to the damage.
Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions.
Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.
In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, we will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
