Hello and welcome to tissue & twine!

I have always had a love for event planning. Hosting parties, showers and my wedding made me realize just how much I enjoyed creating decorations to make the event unique. I opened tissue & twine because I truly enjoy creating goods that others can enjoy.

Hello and welcome to my shop! My current production time for all items is 3-5 days but I strive to try and get your purchases out to you as soon as possible. Please message me if you need a rush order or have any other questions.

If you see something you like but are looking for a different color, size or length please feel free to contact me. Custom orders are always welcome!

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be over the moon with your purchase! I am happy to issue an exchange if you feel the product you received is not what you expected. If there was an error on the part of the seller and the product has been grossly misrepresented on Etsy, I will happily issue a refund upon return of the product. The product must be returned in PERFECT condition within 15 days of your purchase date. Buyer pays return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Full refund of returned merchandise (amount paid for original shipping is not refundable) is returned to you via the original payment method when the order is received and inspected.

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned/refunded unless otherwise agreed.

Standard shipments are mailed without insurance, but will happily be purchased at the buyer's request.
Payment
Please remember that payment must be made after your order has been placed. Orders (for shop listings or custom work) do not ship until payment has been received, and will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours.

Some countries do charge customs fees or import fees. Any extra fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped First-Class Mail via the USPS to the buyer's shipping address in Etsy. Please be sure to make sure this address is correct.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days. Please contact me should you need a rush delivery. Once mailed, I cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.

tissue & twine is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Arrangements for insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee - please convo me with the details of your request.
