I'm passionate about my work and I take pride in what I do. Each item for sale will be something you will treasure for years to come. Unfortunately, due to the size of my store in its early stages, I cannot offer full refunds at this time.

Rest assured, though, that I will answer your questions and send pictures to make sure you are happy before shipping your order. I am open to communication so that we can work out a fair arrangement for both parties.

As stated in my shipping policies, no refunds will be given for orders that arrive late due to USPS shipping.
Payment
Payments can be made via Pay Pal.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking for arrival in 2-3 days after the order is completed. Most orders take between 2-3 weeks to be completed prior to being shipped. Please refer to shop banner for current turnaround time.

Once an item is completed and shipped, buyer will receive a tracking number. At that point, delivery of the item is between the buyer and the Postal Service. I cannot be held responsible for items that arrive late due to the USPS, as it is beyond my control.

In the event of a returned order, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

I am happy to ship internationally, but again, once I ship the completed item, I am released from any and all liability.

Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please convo me to discuss special arrangements. I'm flexible and happy to work with you. If you need your item in less than 7 days, please purchase an additional $15 RUSH listing with your order.
