Further information about returns and cancellation
There is a no return policy for the reason being that the picture taken is the exact item receiving, I also send pictures of the final product for final approval before shipping.
No exchanges.
No cancellation because I have it written in the policy, plus for it to be even considered for a product listed as is, it has to be done within 24 hours.
There is absolutely NO cancellation or returns on custom order items
Amount of time for orders to be processed and shipped?
Please allow 2-3 weeks due to getting the order made and shipped. I ship thru USPS and I also do my very best to ship thru priority as well, depending on the availability and cut off times for the next day also plays a factor as well. Thank you for your patience.
If shipping orders out of United States of America?
Unfortunately I do not offer shipping outside the United States at this time
