Absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not show the depth of the etching. The artist gave great advise on the best way to frame his work. It looks spectacular on my wall.

About

Nature art for 'Nature Lovers'

I had a great interest in the outdoors and animals while growing up. I started trying to capture animals in two dimensions while I was eight years old and perservered for years to come. Sculpture became a tool for helping to define my work in two dimensions. Printmaking is the ideal way to duplicate the outcome of creative expression.

I am a self taught wildlife artist. I have been painting, sculpting and printmaking for over 40 years. My art evolved from my love of animals and nature.

I appriciate your interest in visiting my site. My etchings are created on copperplate using ferric choloride followed by some amount of engraving. The plate often takes several days to complete in my efforts to provide my best work. I personally print each image on my press here in my studio with loving care.
