Due to an ongoing labour dispute, Canada Post has informed us that it may halt acceptance of new shipments and delivery of mail and parcels beginning on July 2nd. At this time, all shipments to, within, and from Canada that are handled by Canada Post will be affected until the dispute is resolved. This includes shipments into Canada from other national carriers like USPS and Royal Mail. To learn more please see the Forums post on this issue.

Until this dispute if over my shipping costs will be raised up CONSIDERABLY, if you do not wish to pay this high shipping costs then please wait until the dispute is over.
Last time this happened I had to use UPS and other shipping companies who took advantage of this to raise their shipping costs to ridiculous amounts, which cost me way more than it should.
Please do not take this personally or against me....Let's just hope this dispute is over SOON!!! :(

About

Unique handmade sterling silver, gold, copper and ceramic jewelry.

My name is Trina Allen and I own TLA Designs which is my business that I have had since 1989. I design and create both Sterling Silver and Ceramic jewelry, both jewelry lines are different and unique.

I am a certified bench jeweler although I prefer to create and sell my pieces rather than repair jewelry.

My Sterling Silver line consists of mostly hammered sheet pieces and pieces made with sterling wire, some with semi-precious stones or beads and some without. I make quite a range of designs, from conservative to funky!

My Ceramic line is made up of very unique, one-of-a-kind pieces which have an endless array of colors and designs. My jewelry designs range from holidays like – Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, St. Pat’s Day and Easter. I also have pieces that have Ice Cream Cones, Hearts, Flowers, Cartoon (ish) Animals and Vegetables and Fruits on them. The stains (colors) are fired right in the clay, so there is no chance of rubbing off or fading.

I am always designing new pieces and list them as they are completed.

I invite you to come see what I love to do and is the biggest part of my life!!!!

I usually ship 'ready to ship' orders within 1-3 business days, while custom or made to order, may have at LEAST 3 -10 business day lead-time to make and process item(s) before order is shipped, depending on available stock of stone, beads or materials and how much time is needed to create your order.

**International shipping costs have gone up through the US Postal service so that means I have to up my shipping fees, this includes Canada too...sorry :(

I cannot be held responsible for any Customs Fees your country will charge when the package enters your country. The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees.

All I can say is, to look at each shops policies before purchasing to see how long it takes for processing orders and shipping estimates.

I have learned myself over the years to look at every website either personal items or supplier's shipping policies before I purchase anything. :)

In cases of the buyer being unhappy with their purchase, please let me know of your problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback within 7 business days of receiving your shipment, as I prefer to solve the problem with you. If your purchase is damaged in transit, please take a picture of the package before opening, and a picture of the damaged jewelry. Please save the damaged jewelry and contact me as soon as possible!!!!

***Custom orders especially made to order rings can NOT be returned if you ordered the wrong size or delay in shipping....as seen additional information box below, please go to a jewelry store to be properly sized prior to purchasing item.

I am unable to accept returns on custom orders, this includes custom made to size rings. Custom and personalized orders may only be returned if the item is damaged or faulty. I can not control the speed of the US Postal Service sorry, once it leaves my hands (shipped) I can only check tracking on it.....PLEASE BE PATIENT and allow the full length of time for shipping BEFORE contacting me frantically wondering where your package is....the weather sometimes has A LOT to do with delays for instance look at the winter we have had this year....hint hint :)

****If you order the wrong size when purchasing any CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ring, here are the ONLY three options are...

1- Keep the ring you ordered and Purchase another in the correct size.
***go directly to a jewelry store and get properly sized BEFORE ordering***.

2- Send it back in the condition it arrived - No dents. bends, scratches etc. to exchange for correct size and pay a $15 restocking fee (per item) and order a new one, plus return shipping.

3- Send it back (in the condition it arrived) and pay the re-sizing fee of $30 (per ring) which is mentioned also on my shop policies, plus return shipping.

PLEASE understand that sterling silver is a good quality metal BUT is NOT indestructible.

I ask that you use good judgement when wearing your jewelry.
