Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal or made by using Etsys Direct Checkout.
When using Paypal you do not need to register an account, you can pay with Visa or other credit card directly through PayPal.

Shipping

Your item will ship as soon as possible and at the latest within two workdays of made order. I ship with priority mail (air mail), no tracking service included. If you wish your parcel to have track ID, please contact me for a shipping upgrade.
All pieces of jewelry are neatly wrapped in a giftbox. The giftbox (with jewelry in it, of course) is sent in a padded envelope.
If there are any problems with the delivery, please contact me so that we can sort out the problems.

Estimated shipping:
Sweden: 1 to 2 workdays.
Europe: 4 to 8 workdays.
US and Canada: 6 to 10 workdays.
Everywhere else: 8 to 14 workdays.

Please be aware that all international packages go through your local customs. Fees, duties and taxes may be added to your purchase which is out of my control. For more information about importation you should contact your countrys customs agent.


Swedish customers: Alla smycken skickas med post (i en presentask i ett vadderat kuvert). Smycken skickas inom två arbetsdagar efter betalning. Välj mellan vanlig post, eller rekommenderat brev (Registered mail).
Betala med paypal: beställ och betala som vanligt med Paypal eller Visa/Mastercard. OBS! Betalningen sker i dollar.
Betala till bankgiro: Skicka mig ett meddelande och jag skickar information om bankgirokonto och pris i kronor.
Öppet köp gäller, köparen står för returfrakten.
Om det är något som helst problem med ditt köp, kontakta mig så kan vi säkert lösa problemen.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to cancel a purchase before shipping, contact me (tina@tine.se) and, if item is paid for, I will make a full refund.

If you are not pleased with your purchase:
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you have recieved your item. Contact me (tina@tine.se) to state that you want to send the item back to me. Don't send anything back without informing me. If you wish, I will send you a return form.
Return the item(s) unworn and in the original packaging, this must be done within 14 days from when you have received it. If you do not send it back within the 14 days limit, no refund will be made.
If the original packaging was damaged or you do not have it anymore, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit.
I will issue a full refund of your purchase, including shipping costs, within 14 days counting from the day you send me a proof of return shipping to me. If you don't send me a proof the refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Your money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the original transaction.
I will not refund special shipping costs that were made on your request and that differ from my standard shipping.
The costs for return shipping is paid for by buyer. These costs will not be refunded.
If there is any wear and tear, if you have used the item before returning it, a fee will be deducted from the refund.

You may not cancel a purchase if the item was not a prefabricated item but a special custom made order for you.

If your purchase is damaged on arrival. Please contact me to resolve the issue.
If something is not clear, please contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Necklaces or bracelets can often be adjusted to the perfect fit. Contact me to see if it is possible on the piece that you are interested in.
