As the items I sell here are generally craft supplies, there is rarely a need for a return policy. If I made a mistake on your order please contact me and I'll do my best to make it right. Otherwise, returns are generally not accepted, but there are exceptions to most rules, so contact me if you feel the need.

We accept Paypal, *postal* money orders, and personal checks. We will not ship your items until your payment has cleared.

**** Recent changes in USPS fee schedules mean we are having to charge a lot more for shipping, and the costs are less straight-forward than they used to be. We've done our best to present you with the most cost effective shipping option, but it's not as easy to estimate as it used to be.

If you are purchasing multiple items or having something shipped internationally you may benefit by contacting us first to get an actual shipping estimate. We try to estimate high, though, and will always refund the overage if we find we've estimated too high on the shipping & handling charges. ****

In most cases our shipping prices reflect shipping by the most cost-effective method. This means First Class Mail for domestic shipments of items weighing under 13 oz, and Priority Mail for anything over that weight. If shipping a particular item flat-rate can be cheaper, we generally estimate that way. For international shipments, most estimates are for First Class Package rates, items over 4 lbs must be shipped via Priority Mail.

If you need expedited shipping (Express Mail, etc) we can generally offer it, but you will need to send a message to inquire about costs. Please let us know the country and zip code and the item(s) you're wanting shipped.
