Art is my passion.

Painting artworks is my passion. I like to paint with acrylics on canvas, in an impressionist style, often with the dry-brush technique, but I also use other materials, such as watercolor and pastel crayons, and sometimes I create abstract or expressive art as well.

What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

If the artwork has been damaged by the postman/courier, please follow the steps below to request a refund of the purchase price plus shipping costs:

1. Please report the damage in writing to me within 2 days of receipt of the damaged artwork. The best way to do this is through the means of communication provided by Etsy. Add the photos (see below).

2. Make sure to take a picture of the damaged artwork.

3. Take another picture showing the damaged packaging with the address label visible.

If you do not send any of the requested photos, unfortunately I can not refund the purchase price, because I can not claim the insurance of the courier without proof. Thank you for your understanding!

Packaging & Shipment

Packaging: The most important is, that you receive the artwork in one piece. Since the delivery people sometimes do not treat packages very well, a lot of material including bubble wrap is necessary. To keep not only the cost low but also my ecological footprint small, I reuse material whenever I can, as long as it is clean and intact.

Shipment: I always ship with track & trace number, usually with DHL.

Right of cancellation/Right of return

1) You have the right of 14 days consideration time, which starts the day after you received the item.

2) Within this period, you can cancel the purchase and return the item without explanation in undamaged condition and in suitable packaging. The cost for the return shipment is for you.

3) You must disclose the cancellation in writing by sending the completed cancellation form, which you receive in the confirmation of your purchase.

4) The payment (incl. shipping fee) will be returned within 30 days after the undamaged item has been received. The reshipment fee will not be returned.

5) The right of cancellation/Right of return do not apply to customizes items.

I like a painting but I would like to have it in a different size

I case you like one my paintings but would need it in another size, please send an e-mail to tanja@tmu-creativeworks.nl so that we can discuss the options.

Can I order a print in a different size or material?

In case you would like to have one of my as giclée prints available paintings in a different size or material, or with a front mat or printed on stretched canvas, please send an e-mail to tanja@tmu-creativeworks.nl.
