If you are dissatisfied with your item because you didn't feel the description was accurate, contact me. We can work together. My items are handmade by me in my home so no two are the same and none of them are perfect as they would be if they had come from a manufacturing facility. I will make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with any item you purchase. After all, it is my self that I am selling as much as my items =D
I accept PayPal and money orders. Items paid for with money orders will not ship until I have it in hand.
I will use priority through the USPS in most cases. I recommend insurance on all packages. Once the item has left my hands, I can no longer be responsible for any damage or loss. I quote a flat rate envelope rate for shipping cost but you can request I weigh the item once it is packaged and ready to go for a possibly lower shipping rate. I would love to work with you on this. Just contact me.

I do accept custom orders. Please allow 2 weeks after we have finalized all the details for your item to arrive. Please contact me before placing a custom order to verify I can supply everything you will require. I will do a custom order on anything I list in my shop, just ask!
