Care instructions
Clay earrings:
Handle gently, due to fragile nature of handmade clay earrings.
If soiled, gently clean with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol.
Resin items:
If soiled, gently clean with mild soap and water or q-tip dipped in alcohol. Keep in mind that if your resin item has acrylic paint, cleaning with alcohol may cause the paint to come off.
The back of my stud earring came off - what do I do?
Okay, just so you know, you are not alone!
I have recently started embedding my studs in clay or setting them with UV resin, so this should no longer be much of an issue.
However, on older styles of earrings where glue or liquid clay was used, this may still occur due to extreme heat or cold, or other circumstances.
You can glue your stud back on using Loctite Ultra Gel Control superglue (my fave), or any other super glue.
If your earring was damaged or you don’t feel comfortable glueing it back on, please send me photos of the issue and I will send you a replacement or refund.

Can I get a refund for my order?
I gladly accept refunds and exchanges for items that are *returned* in their original condition within the timeframes stated in my shop policies. Please send me photos of the item/specify the reason you are requesting a refund or exchange.
Please message me with your specific requests for exchanges.
Once I receive the item and confirm that it is in the original condition that it was shipped in, I will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
