Fresh in the shop!
A one-of-a-kind bridal fascinator. This one's embellished with vintage bridal lace and thrifted jewellery pieces, inspired by Edwardian headdresses. star2
Fresh in the shop! This wedding worthy fascinator has landed, as seen in Vow magazine and on Bride magazine online. yellow_heart
Alternative wedding bouquets have just landed in the shop, including copper hoop designs! As always, the crochet blooms are handmade by me and I'm open to custom orders. roseraised_hands

About

Decadent details and a whole lot of yarn!

Hey, I'm Becca.

After studying textiles, working in a wedding boutique and for a crochet magazine, and then creating unique pieces for my own wedding day, I decided To Be Adorned needed to be a thing! My handmade accessories are inspired by antique jewellery and vintage fashion. I'm passionate about making totally unique items and love giving thrifted or vintage finds a new lease of life. Where possible, I use delicate vintage lace and haberdashery (I'm a bit of a haberdashery obsessive!) in my designs, and I source my beads from vintage or thrifted costume jewellery. This make each piece one-of-a-kind, a little more eco-friendly and gives them an heirloom quality, too.

I love working on custom orders, so get in touch if there's something you fancy in a different colour or style, or if you have a piece of jewellery or special textiles you'd like upcycled into a one-of-a-kind accessory.

Everything is made by own two hands at my little desk in South Bristol, UK. Living in such a colourful city definitely inspires what I make!

Find me sharing colourful makes and vintage inspo as @tobeadorned on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
