Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I accept returns within 30 days for undamaged items. Please contact me before sending the item back and let me know the reason for the return.

Refund will not take place until after receiving returned items. Shipping fees are not refundable.

I accept PayPal only

You can pay with PayPal even if you are not a registered PayPal user. Once you checked out on Etsy, and submitted your order, click the "Pay now" button. On the bottom of the PayPal page you will see the option to pay with a credit card without having to register.

Please make sure that your Paypal address match and is correct.
Orders are processed once payments have cleared.

The item will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy profile (and not your PayPal address) unless you instruct me differently in a convo or in your "Notes to Seller".

Please fill in your order a FULL ZIP CODE.
This will get all of your packages faster to you as the package is sorted faster.

Shipping
Please allow up to 3 working days from payment to send the product from Brazil.

Dolls shipping is done via International Registered Airmail + tracking number.

In cases where package is kept at the customer's local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item. No refunds shall be issued for non-collected items.
Customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

Please Note:
Once shipped from Brazil, it can take up to 2-3 weeks (business days) for reception for international orders, but it's usually much quicker!

If you need your order ASAP - please contact me prior to purchase and I will send you a quote for express shipment.

Unfortunately, delays in the postal service and during holidays are out of my control and thus I cannot be responsible for them.

I can ship gifts to other addresses, please just let me know during checkout.
