All heads are not the same size!! If you receive your hat and the size does not fit you may exchange it (same color and style) within 7 days and we will gladly send you a different size. Hat must be in original condition. Please allow an additional 7 days for it to be made and shipped. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Each hat may only be exchanged once.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of your purchase (1 week for money order). If you need more time please convo us and let us know.
If we do not receive your paypal payment within 48 hours after placing the order we will contact you. If we do not receive it after contact we will cancel the order and re-list the item, and leave negative feedback stating non payment.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Please allow at least 7-10 business days (Mon.-Fri.) for your order to be made and shipped once your payment has cleared. International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
