Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not I will make a refund or an exchange

HOWEVER ....REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE for items that have personalized embroidery on them. OR for other custom work that I do not normally sell in my shop. Hangers with custom colored ribbons are accepted.

The item needs to be shipped back to me within seven days of your receipt of the item. You will need to add a delivery confirmation to the package.

I will refund the price of the item, but not the price of the return shipping. You may exchange it or ask for a refund, no questions asked.
I accept payments from Pay Pal, They must be made within three days of purchase. Money orders and private checks must be received within 7 days. With the exception of items purchased with personal checks, orders are shipped with in three days. A ten day hold is put on items paid for with checks so the package will not go out for 10 days.

International purchases are welocme.

Massachusetts residents will need to pay a 5% sales tax.
All items are shipped by USPS and first class is available for small items that weigh less than 13 ounces, if you so desire.
