Colors make the world better

I have been doing crafts ever since I can remember myself. But it was 3 years ago that I thought I should share this passion with others.

And I still cannot stop. Why stop?

I love getting feedback from my customers. Especially when they send me a picture of them wearing one (or more) of my creations. At that moment I really feel that I am doing something good in this world.

My first objective is to make people happy by means of my jewelry and other items, so if you're unhappy or unsatisfied for any reason - let me know, I am sure we can figure something out.
If you think the item is damaged - let me know. If it is my fault - I am sending another one right away.

However, I cannot take responsibility for the cases when the package goes astray or when it is damaged by post services. If you want me to ship it by special post with insurance - tell me, however, I have never experienced any problem with regular post so far.
Payment
PayPa or direct credit card payment via Etsy are the best ways to pay for your item.

You can also pay by one of major credit cards through paypal. You don't need to be registered or logged in the Paypal system for that.

Also contact me if you experience any problems with payment, so I can hold an item for you. Otherwise, in case if I don't recieve payment or a message to hold the item - I will cancell the sale after one week.

Please note, that if you purchase an item from my shop, but have difficulties with payment - please inform me about these difficulties right awayay. Only then can i keep an item for you several days. Otherwise, after a day or two of no payment and no replies to my convos, I am cancelling a sale.
Shipping
I ship with regular 1st class airmail. If you want the package to be sent with tracking number - tell me so in the message to seller. I will cost additional $6 within Europe and $8 for shipping worldwide.

Normally I ship the item within two working days after receiving the payment (usually I just ship it the same day). However, all the orders after December 19th will be shipped during the first week of January.

Normally it takes about 7-10 working days for a package from Sweden to reach overseas. (might take even longer to Russia and China). Within EU it usually takes even less than a week.

!!!!! IMPORTANT, customers from European Union, please note you are charged Swedish VAT.
Additional policies and FAQs
Usually I do not create more than 4 or 5 items of the same kind, because I want them to be us much unique as possible. However, if you liked something from my sold items - let me know and I can see if I can repeat it again.
