Our engraving team works on 4 different laser engraving machines in our studio. They make sure your order is precise and perfect. Engraving on lockets, rings, cuffs, bars, discs, cuff links, keychains, and custom handwriting.

Frequently asked questions
How do I tell you what I need on my necklace/bracelet?
After selecting your options from the drop down menus, add the item to your cart. There will be a "notes" box at checkout. Tell us all of order details in the "notes" box: finish, length, letters, words to engrave, engraving font, if it's a gift, separate boxes, etc. Everything we should know about your order to make it correctly. We will make your order according to these instructions.
How do I order more than one of the same item?
Select the total quantity you need from the drop down, select any of the other options in the next drop downs. Then add everything to your cart. There will be a "notes" box at checkout, describe each piece in the "notes" box. They can be different finishes, letters/words to engrave. Also tell us if you need separate boxes in the "notes" box.
Do you have a bulk discount?
Yes! We have bulk discounts, please contact us for a coupon code that works for your order. Include how many pieces you need to purchase. Discounts are based on how many items you are purchasing.
How long does it take for my order to be completed?
We will strive to complete your personalized, handmade item in 3-5 days, this is the processing time. We will then ship your order with the United States Postal Service (USPS). There are shipping upgrades at checkout that will speed up the delivery and also shorten your processing time (we boost these orders depending on the upgrade selected).
Can my item be shipped as gift and gift wrapped?
Yes! All pieces will be shipped in a cotton filled gift box, perfect for gift giving. If your order is being sent straight to the recipient then tell us in the "notes" box to omit the receipt, we can also include a short, handwritten note from you. Tell us your text in the "notes" box as well.
International Orders and Customs Fees
International customers, please be aware that your country may charge an international customs fee in order for you to receive your package, your local post office (the one sponsored by your government) will hold your package until this fee is paid. Please check with your country if this fee is required. It is at the expense of the customer.
