Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns for clothing unworn, and unused, based on a case-to-case decision after prior email or convo contact. Returns must be shipped to me within 5 days of receipt.

Any returns I accept will be for exchange or in-store credit.
If you desire a change to your item, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

  Full refunds are only given for items lost or damaged in the mail that have been shipped with insurance or if I sent the incorrect item.   

Payment

I accept only PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Shipping

Once payment is received and cleared, I usually ship "in-stock" items within 3 business days of payment or sooner. ("handmade to order" items take longer and you will be notifed of the completion time).

Custom Orders require payment in full before work will begin. You will be notifed of the timeframe for completion.

All customers are notified when their item ships.

Shipping methods are USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail.
