3 out of 5 starsCute products, but EXTREMELY slow communication. Happy Birthday not included in custom banner, so make sure to specify that along with name.

4 out of 5 starsLoved the lollipop party package. Everything printed really well and it all looks great. I was a bit disappointed with the shop however. They said hey had issues with the message system and it took a week and a half to receive the package rather than the 3 days they state. I needed one word adjusted and it took days to get back bc my email was overlooked. Just seemed very unprofessional and I was upset that as a busy mom of two I was not able to work on the invitations on a day I had off which shouldn't have been an issue given their time frame.

About tomkatstudio
The TomKat Studio: Pretty Party Supplies + Printables
Kim is a party stylist and founder of The TomKat Studio, a blog and shop filled with creative inspiration. After leaving her real estate career in 2008, she started her blog on a whim, to share her creative projects including home decorating, crafts and parties. She came up with the name “TomKat” by combining her children’s names, Tommy + Kate. A few months later, Kim shared Kate’s 2nd birthday party and it became apparent that there was a big demand for her creativity. She opened an Etsy shop selling party packages including invitations, cupcake toppers, banners + more. The demand continued to grow and few months later, unable to keep up, she went digital with her designs. It helped her balance her time and her customers love the concept. Her experience has expanded into ongoing photo and party styling opportunities for major brands like HGTV and Pottery Barn Kids. Last year, Kim opened a one-stop online party supply shop to offer her printable designs, along with a selection of fabulous party supplies, accessories and gifts. Kim’s styling work has been featured by Martha Stewart, HGTV, DIY Network, Pottery Barn Kids, Vera Bradley and many more. Her work has also been featured in publications such as Parenting Magazine, Celebrate Magazine, Where Women Create and InStyle Magazine. Kim has had formal media training and has participated in satellite media tours on behalf of brands she works with. Kim has built a loyal following through social media.
Kim loves pink, ruffles and all things pretty. She is a perfectionist, night owl and a teeny bopper at heart. She loves all sweets {especially chocolate}, the Twilight series and is still a big fan of New Kids on the Block. Kim lives in Chandler, Arizona with her wonderful husband, Danny, their two sweet children Tommy & Kate and their chihuahua, Bentlie.

Additional policies and FAQs
We suggest printing on bright white cardstock or heavy weight matte photo paper.
You may print from home (inkjet printers work best) or take to a print shop such as Kinkos or Office Max.
Colors may look different on paper than they do on the computer screen. But because the colors on our files do not change from order to order, this is likely a printer issue. We recommend that you check the ink cartridges to see if they need replacement or adjust the intensity settings on your printer. Generally, this always solves the problem! If not, and you need us to make some color changes, there will be a custom color charge. Custom change fees start at $7 per file.
For the Party Circles and Favor tags, you need a 2″ scallop or circle punch, which we sell in our shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/shoptomkat?section_id=11381399
For the 4" circles, you will need a Circle Cutter. You can find this at your local craft store or on Amazon.com. We use the Martha Stewart Circle Cutter and we sell it here. http://www.etsy.com/listing/97141785/circle-cutter-13-glass-mat-party-and
To make cupcake toppers, use 4″ lollipop sticks, bought at your local craft store (and Walmart too!). After you have punched out your party circles, attach them to the sticks with a small piece of tape or 1″ round white labels for a polished look! For a step by step tutorial, visit here: http://www.hgtv.com/handmade/st-patricks-day-cupcake-toppers/index.html
To assemble the banner, print out the letters and cut out the individual squares. Using an x-acto knife, make small slits in the top left and right corners of each letter. Then thread a coordinating ribbon through. Easy!
To make the food/dessert labels into tent cards, download and print your food/dessert label file. Cut out the square/rectangle labels. Cut an additional piece of white cardstock 2.25" x 3". Fold the cardstock in half horizontally. Use double sided tape to attach on the backside of your label at the bottom in the center.
If you need a color change, please convo us for details. We can make color changes to most of our files. Color change fees start at $7 per file.
If you need your files translated to another language, please convo us for details as additional fees may apply.
Our business hours vary. All of us are work-at-home moms, so our hours are highly irregular. Don’t be surprised if you hear from us after 5 p.m., on weekends, or even the middle of the night! If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask! You can message us through Etsy, or email Toni [!at] thetomkatstudio.com.
