5 out of 5 starsBought the Basketball T-shirt with rhinestones for my Granddaughter's birthday. The present arrived on time, packaged beautifully and absolutely gorgeous. I know my granddaughter would be tickled pink. The t-shirt is top quality material, the design was expertly place and an adorable little basketball bow was attached. Unfortunately, the next day I received a text from my daughter stating my granddaughter loved this shirt and wore it the rest of the day. After removing the shirt my daughter noticed several rhinestones were missing. She looked for the stones but unfortunately not able to locate any to glue back on. I contacted the seller and send image of the shirt. She was so kind and offered to remake and send out another shirt, I just rec'l it and again perfect. This seller does excellent work and stands behind the quality.

I grew up loving fashion and surounded by a family of seamstresses. I love creating fun things from fabric...it adds so much personality and expression to life.
My kids inspired me to find a way to "work from home" then God showed me the plans, talents and opportunities that He had prepared for me. It has been an amazing journey and I am excited to see what the future will hold!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If a refund/exchange is allowed ALL shipping expenses (including return shipping) are at the customers expense and are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns/exchanges and is at the shop owners discretion.
If I make an error on your order, I will do my best to make it right for you!
However, if your reason for return is because you have changed your mind, or color is not as expected, or you need a different size; then I will ask you to cover return shipping as well as deduct 15% restocking fee from your refund.
Please be careful in selecting your purchase. Remember that coloring can look different on all screens. Feel free to ask questions! There are also size charts and measurements (if available) in the items description info. I am also happy to give more detailed size information upon request.

Payment
Shipping
Orders ship 1-2 weeks of order placement (Monday-Friday: "Too Cute Designs By Jeannette" observes national holidays and weekends). Production times will vary based on the season and the number of orders I have in at any given time.
USPS does not guarantee shipping times-"Too Cute Designs By Jeannette" will NOT offer refunds of any kind because of late items- please purchase the appropriate shipping if you are in a rush.
Snow storms, inclement weather, and other such may delay your shipment- "Too Cute Designs By Jeannette" will not be responsible for late delivery due to a shipping delay.
Upgrades: Shipping Rates are listed in First Class (for most items - if available) and then options to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail are given as an option at checkout
Please note that First Class does take longer to transit and delivery times are not guaranteed. Priority Mail is faster but does cost more.
Insurance is available upon request of the buyer (for an extra fee).
International Shipping: this is an option upon request only please!
***Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If shipped to the wrong address the buyer will be responsible for all extra shipping expenses.
