Arrived quickly as described. All walnut shell halves were carefully & individually wrapped. In spite of the efforts, one shell was broken. But seller had already planned for this as I received a few additional shells at no cost to me. Very pleased. Perfect for my project. Thank you!

This item was shipped promptly. When I explained what I was doing with it, seller made a point to hand choose with my project in mind. Box arrived with each shell half separately wrapped. Seller was wonderful to work with and I HIGHLY recommend this shop! Thank you!

Welcome to my shop. I am so happy to be here, and I want your shopping experience to be a positive one. I am no perfectionist, but I do have an eye for quality and detail, and I have hand picked all of the goodies in my shop. If I am making a custom piece for you, much care and attention to detail will go into the piece. I am only working with the materials and items that I personally love, and I hope to pass that vibration on to you. Thank you for stopping by. At this time, I am only accepting Pay Pal for payments. Once the item has been ordered, I will box it for shipping, go to the post office to find out about the shipping charges, and get back to you if there are any large discrepancies in shipping prices and what I charged. If I have grossly overcharged you for the shipping, I will refund you any amount over $2.50. I want to have a positive experience with all of my shoppers, and will work with you to the best of my ability.
I will ship most items on the first business day after the money clears. I typically like to add insurance to each order, though some orders may require too much. I have tried to set reasonable amounts for shipping for all items. If the amount that I set goes under what it actually is by more than $5.00, I might ask for additional money for shipping. If you have a deadline for any reason, I will try to accommodate you within reason. When shipping out of the United States, and even within, I cannot guarantee a time line for shipping. Please be patient, and convo me with any concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Of course, no one likes to deal with returns and damages, and I am no different, but we have to work on a trust basis, and I will work with you if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or receive your item broken. I do my best to wrap and secure each item to insure it's safest arrival, but in the event that it arrives broken, you can return it to me, at your expense, and I will refund your money, for the item, not the shipping. Please be sure that you have given me your correct address, especially so when you live out of the USA. You have 7 days to convo me with any problems to get the matter resolved.

For all custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks until delivery. If you are shipping fabric to be used, we can discuss requirements, etc. at the time of order.
