Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Please read all descriptions, policies, measurements, etc. carefully, and send me a message before buying if you have any questions, I try to respond within 48 hours! I want you to be totally jazzed on your handmade item so I'm here for you if you need anything!

Now down to the nitty gritty:

At this time I am not offering returns or refunds.

I am such a small independently run handmade clothing label so I can only discuss exchanges on non-custom clothing. This means any items with custom lengths/colours are final sale. All sale items and under garments are final sale. All exchanges must be within 15 days of receiving your item and in unwashed and unworn condition (trying them on is totally golden!) and must be agreed upon by both parties. Keep in mind that my items are made in very small runs so in a lot of cases I might not have your size in the same style to exchange, so double and even triple check your measurements before ordering! As I said before, I am here for you if you have any questions.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. I pride myself in my quality and double check all items before I send them out to you.
Payment
I take a variety of payment options through Etsy's direct checkout.
Shipping
I am from Canada, please keep that in mind for shipping times and prices! Once payment is received all ready-made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days and all made-to-order items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks (unless stated otherwise in the item description!). I ship using Canada Post. For Canadian and US customers a tracking number, if applicable, will be sent once your order is shipped. For international customers tracking will be an option at checkout. If tracking is not purchased you assume the responsibility for lost packages.

Estimated delivery times from ship date:

Canada: 2-5 business days
USA: 6-10 business days
Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks

Unfortunately I can not guarantee delivery times. Acts of nature and customs are sadly completely out of my control!

I am not responsible for lost packages, international taxes, duties and/or customs charges. 98% of packages do arrive so if that 2% is a concern please purchase tracking.

Due to copyright issues, I currently do not ship printed items to China, Hong Kong or Taiwan, I apologize for the inconvenience!

Where is your size chart?

Size charts are usually just a generalization so I include sizing of each item in every listing description. This is to avoid confusion and to provide you with better accuracy in fit. Please message me directly if you have any questions on fit.

When will my order arrive?

All ready-made items will ship within 3-5 business days, all made-to-order items will ship within 2-3 weeks and all print-to-order items will ship within 2-6 weeks.

Do you offer tracking?

All orders within Canada and the US have tracking included. Other countries have the option to purchase additional tracking at checkout. If you do not see your country listed, please contact me for tracked shipping rates. Shipping upgrades aren't available through mobile app, so please use desktop version for this.

If my item doesn't arrive, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately if you have not purchased tracking I cannot be responsible for lost packages, please purchase tracking at checkout to avoid this. If you have purchased tracking and your package still hasn't arrived, please contact me immediately so I can get everything sorted out. Tracking is always included on orders within Canada and the US.
