You are able to select which type of USPS service you would like depending on cost to your zip code and estimated time of delivery. This includes Media Mail (where appropriate), Standard/Ground, Priority and Priority Express.
If calculated combined shipping of more than 1 item is overestimated by $2.00, I will refund the overcharge to you.
I ship within 48 hours of purchase.
Priority Express Shipping will be sent next business day of purchase.
Post office gives shipping time estimate of delivery depending on type of postage purchased, but this is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Higher volume during the holidays, may increase delivery time.
* If your apartment building does not accept packages, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide an address of where you would like the package shipped for receipt. If the package is returned to me due to non receipt by the apartment building it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the postage to send to alternative address.
* If buyer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to me, the shipping cost to resend the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer chooses to cancel the transaction after the package has been returned to me the item cost will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
* International shipping is available to upon request. I do not offer shipping to Brazil, Greece or Italy.
Import taxes, custom duties, VAT and any other fees associated with individual countries are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your customs office prior to purchase if you have questions.
Items processed through international customs may cause substantial delivery delays which are not the responsibility of the shop owner.
All items are marked as "merchandise" and full value is listed on customs form.
Shipping boxes have been recycled from prior use.
Please inspect your items carefully and let me know within 3 days if your package has arrived damaged. If there is damage, take photos of the box, packing materials and item you purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if it isn't love at first sight, I do accept returns. Please contact me regarding returns within 48 hours of package receipt. A returned item should be in the same condition it was when I mailed it and sent back in its original packaging with postage paid by the buyer. Once I have received the item, I will refund its cost, not including postage.

Please contact me ASAP with photos of the damaged item and all packaging. Keep packaging and do not discard as USPS may require you to bring packaging to your post office prior to refunding.
