We do our best getting your order out on time or early. In the event we do not meet the deadline, we will update you on a rescheduled shipping date.

Cancellations with full refund are only available before your order ships.
Shipping
Domestic & International Shipping info

All US domestic orders for stuffed toys are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Estimated shipping time for arrival is 1-3 business days. Express upgrade available

International orders are shipped via US Postal First Class International (2-3 weeks). Priority and Express upgrades available. A customs number will be provided. Arrival dates vary by country. We do not take responsibility for any extra taxes or fees your country may add to goods shipping from the United States. For some countries, Etsy will automatically add your country's extra taxes/import fees to your order's total at checkout.

Tracking is provided for many countries, but not all. Check the notification we send you. There is usually a lag time period without any updates going through customs.

Lost & Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. This is out of our control. Once the package is given to the shipping service, it is the shipping service who is responsible for getting the package to you. Check your shipping notifications often so you know when it is to be delivered. In the event your package has been lost or stolen we will work with Etsy Support on filing a claim. This takes time, please be patient, we will keep you updated.


Unclaimed Items & Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a correct address, and to claim the package from their customs or post office it is being held or deemed undeliverable.

In the event that the customer’s package is returned to us as unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible to pay for a new shipment. In this event, reconfirm your address with us and we will be happy to resend it once you have paid the new shipping fee. Contact us on how to do this. Full refund on product minus original shipping costs is also available.

Please be aware that international shipments often need to be claimed at your local customs or post office.

All print designs are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. They are for personal use only. You do not have permission to replicate or sell our prints/designs.

Please note that finished products take 1-3 business days for processing and made to order products may take 3-5 business days for processing. Processing time does not include weekends. If made to order products are in stock we will notify you.

Etsy will email you your purchase confirmation. The confirmation usually comes within a few minutes but some orders have taken a few hours. Please be patient. If your confirmation email does not come within 24 hours contact us.

You will receive an automated shipping notification when your order ships. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for holidays or special occasions.

We have a dog in our workspace. We do our best to make sure our products remain dog hair free.
