1 out of 5 starsDo not order from this seller!! She told me four times the item was being shipped. Almost two months later, I still do not have it. She also told me I would receive a refund, which I did receive two months later. Only after I had to file a case and hound her. Very disappointed!! Ordered this hat for pictures I will not be able to take:(

We hope you find our items here at TLC something your would love to have on your baby or as something to give as a present. Each item is created with love and we know you will love how it looks on your sweet lil' one or on the one of someone you cherish :D
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
1) If item isn't to your liking or isn't the correct size. Item will be replaced.
1a) Item will be replaced once TLC receives your item
2) If item still isn't to your liking you have 2 days from date you received your item to send back to TLC for refund to be available.
2a) If item isn't sent off within 2 days of arrival, then after item is received a replacement will be issued.
2b) If item is received after being sent off 2 days after arrival, refund will be issued as soon as item is received.
3)If item is a gift, sale is final once item is given as a gift.
4)If for some reason item does not fit buyer or receiver may contact and discuss options.
5) If item is lost in mail, after investigation TLC will send a replacement item.
ALL POSTAGE GETTING ITEMS BACK TO TLC IS BUYERS/RECEIVERS RESPONSIBILITY.
