From stick figures to triple figures

I started this shop because quite frankly being a student involved in the fine arts is EXPENSIVE. From voice lessons, to summer programs, to the heart stopping idea of 60,000 dollars/year for a college education. I started for the money, but it became so much more than that. I could barely draw a stick figure when i began my shop, i thought i'd sell cute buttons with little phrases or band photos, but as it developed i wanted to let myself show through more. I spent hours upon hours trying to teach myself how to draw, doodling in my notebooks, on loose sheets of paper, in corners of my textbook, on the backs of my hands. I always thought that art was "never for me" but when i really set my heart to it I realized i do have the potential to express myself, and i keep getting better at it every day.
