Great customer service! She worked with me to add more hearts to represent all 7 children, and to get me the chain I wanted (gold-filled). She told me the hearts flip around on the necklace, so a few are always upside down, but that it's cute that way. And I agree! It looks very natural that they move like that because they are so dainty. Love it!
