Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I'm really flexible because my GOAL is to have a 100% satisfaction rate of my customers.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me.
[ REFUNDS ] If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, you may do so within 10 days of the ship date. Refunds do not include shipping and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to me. Refunds does not include "customized items".
[ DAMAGED ITEMS ] If your purchase arrives damaged please contact me right away. For significantly damaged items I can issue a refund or replacement right away if you send me a convo including a photograph documenting the damage. If the damage is less apparent or you are unable to send a photograph, you will need to send the item back before I can issue a refund or replacement.

[CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER]
• Standard orders may be canceled any time before the item has shipped.
• Presale orders may be canceled only up to the end date of the presale.
• Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
Shipping
• For orders containing multiple items, processing time is determined by the item with the longest processing time.
• If you have a SPECIFIC DEADLINE to receive your order (a birthday, wedding or anniversary date, etc), please let me know and I will let you know if I can make the item in time.
[ORDERS WITHIN Europe]
Packages usually arrive in 5-8 days. Insurance, delivery confirmation and priority upgrades are available on request for an additional fee.
[INTERNATIONAL ORDERS]
International orders ship PosteItaliane Priority Service. Shipping typically takes 1 to 6 weeks.
[LOST PACKAGES]
• Europe Orders: Packages are considered lost if it has been more than 21 days since shipment.
• International Orders: Packages are considered lost if it has been more than 45 days from the ship date.
If packages are lost you can choose between a refund or I will reship the item for free to you. Please write me for any issues, we will find a way to reach your satisfaction.
