Thank you for taking an interest in my handcrafted products. All products are crafted in a smoke-free home. I do have pets and while I make every effort to keep items hair free, it is not always possible. If you have allergies, you will need to launder items before use to be on the safe side.

Returns and exchanges
I take returns if the item is not as described. Refunds (not including shipping costs) are made via Paypal, once the item is returned in the same condition as sent. Buyer pays return shipping.
Please contact me BEFORE returning an item so that arrangements can be properly made. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Payment
I accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks must clear the bank before your item(s) will be shipped. Payment is expected be made within 7 days.
Shipping
I ship via USPS, using first class and priority. Shipping costs are quoted on each listing. I may use recycled shipping materials to keep costs at a minimum.
Items are shipped within 7 days of payment. If you have paid by personal check, there may be a longer shipping time due to the check having to clear before shipment.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
