When I was about 9 years old my mom bought me a charm bracelet. It was the coolest thing. For every event in my life my parents would buy me a charm to put on my bracelet. I remember especially this little birthday cake that had candles and if you pushed on the bottom the candles would come up. Great memories! So when I started making my themed ornaments I was thinking about my bracelet and how great it was that these memories were cataloged. Instead of a bracelet I am using the special occasion of Christmas to celebrate the memories in your life. Each ornament can mark the important moments in your journey. Putting up the Christmas tree and hanging each ornament will bring all of the wonderful memories rushing back. I guess that about says it all. It is fun to come up with just the right gift for someone! I want people to identify with my ornaments. I try to create themes that will make people think of a certain person in their life. I have heard so many times that a particular ornament is "just perfect" for someone. That makes me happy. I want them to be cute, whimsical, and to make people smile!
