Once your order has been completed your item(s) will be marked as dispatched. UK orders are sent 1st class recorded and should require a signature. International items are sent standard Air Mail (unless you have paid for the upgrade). No tracking number will be available for international orders but we very rarely encounter problems. Please be patient if your item is taking a little longer than expected, it is probably just held up at customs :-)
N O T E:
Customers outside the UK may be liable for any customs and import duty, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.
We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Do you offer payment plans/take payment in instalments?
We do yes :-)
Paypal now offer a flexible payment plan option. Once you have placed your order we will send you a direct PayPal invoice and tick the 'allow partial payments' box which then allows you to pay it off as much and as often as you would like. There is no extra fee. PayPal's only stipulation is that it must be paid off within one year. Once the payment is completed we them make and ship your item(s). Feel free to contact us to discuss options.
I've received a faulty or incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
We try our very best to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. If you suspect a fault with your item please send us a message with details of the problem. We'll get back to you as soon as we can and arrange to either repair or replace your item. It may be necessary to send the item back to us, we do request that items are returned to us unworn, with tags attached within 28 days. We will refund you for the return postage cost. For customers outside of the UK, we will also refund you an amount to cover your return postage. These amounts vary from country to country. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Will you mark my international item as a gift/lower value on the customs form so I can avoid import tax?
As much as we all hate the tax man, we are a professional business and if we did that we could face heavy penalties, therefore, all non EU parcels are sent with the invoice attached and the real value on the customs form.
