I grew up in Oklahoma and have lived in NM, PA and NH, but this Oklahoma girl had to come home. I am the wife of a very supportive hubs, have a mini-dachshund fur-baby named Turbo and have four grown children and five amazing grands.

My youngest daughter, Destiny, who is a newlywed, is my "manager Jeff" as I call her (inside joke) She helps me stay focused and organized, actually helps me organize the craft/work room (hands on, thank the Good Lord!), assists with finding, setting up and manning the booth at craft fairs and is busy making our unique and fun dream-catchers and wall-hangings. I don't think I could stay on top of everything if it weren't for her. Oh and did I mention she's also our gorgeous model?

• We both enjoy creating and feel handmade items make the best gifts. Granted not everyone has the time, know-how or want-to, to create their own handmade gifts. That's why we're here to help! :)

• We create all of our items in our smoke-free studios, but we are dog friendly. So if you have allergies please be aware we are dog owners. No, we do not have our dogs lying all over our materials, however our dogs are part of our every day lives.

.•Why Tracey's Tracerys? My daughters came up with it. The definition of tracery is any delicate, interlacing work of lines, threads etc... and we believe this is a great play on my name.

Returns and exchange details
--> We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made items, unless we made a mistake. If there was a mistake made you must contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your item, with pictures, and we will discuss the options.

--> IF your item does not arrive check the tracking number you received when we shipped. We have tracking on every order we ship and will be able to see if it was delivered or not, unless it is sent internationally. We can only send you the tracking details we have, which should be the same information you have from the tracking we send when your order is shipped.

--> We strive to take pictures accurately showing the colors of each item, however we cannot control what you see on your monitor/phone. Every device is different, so if you have any questions about colors please ask before placing your order.

--> If the item you receive is damaged please immediately take photos and contact your post office. Your item will be shipped with USPS insurance and they will require proof for you to file a claim with them.

This being said, if you have a suggestion for a change or additional information I should add to help a pattern be understood better, please feel free to contact me with this information.
Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase.

We accept payment via PayPal and Etsy Direct checkout, and on occasion money orders. We also accept Etsy gift certificates.
Shipping
We use calculated shipping, so shipping is already combined when you purchase more than one item to one address.

We ship limited internationally. Our cart is set to calculate shipping based on your address.

PROCESSING TIME
The time it takes to complete your order (if made to order) before we can package to ship. This will vary based on how many orders are ahead of you and the time of year.

ADDRESS CHANGE:
If you entered the wrong address when filling out your order, don’t panic, but please DO contact us ASAP to correct the address. If, however, we have already shipped your package, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS and if the package gets sent back to us, you will need to pay for return shipping.

TRACKING:
When your order ships you should receive an email that includes your USPS tracking number.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:
Once we drop your package at the Post Office, the speed in which you receive it is out of our control. Please keep in mind that USPS is a stand alone business and Tracey's Tracery has no control over their policies.

We cannot be held responsible for any USPS lost packages. Please contact USPS if you think your package has been lost in the mail. It is not Tracey's Tracery's responsibility to contact USPS about a lost/missing package. As mentioned above, all of our packages are sent with tracking for this reason.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES/TARRIFS:
Customers are responsible for all customs and duties due. If a package is returned for any reason it will not be re-sent unless the customer pays to have it reshipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
➡️ All Orders going to the EU will be custom made, therefore will not be returnable. Please understand this when placing your order.

➡️ Our quilts are hand made, therefore they will not be prefect.

➡️ We are a Mother and Daughter team. We make everything in our smoke free homes in Oklahoma and create each item with care and attention to the best of our abilities.

📐Measurements are approximate, and are before the quilt is sewn together or washed. We usually use cotton however fabrics like flannel will sometime shrink up more than regular cotton fabrics. 📏

➡️ QUILTING
We are now offering three options for quilting.
•Hand Quilting... the quilting will be done by hand, which gives it an extra special touch.
•Tied Quilting... this is where we will tie the quilt with yarn or DMC thread every 4 inches as recommended by the batting.
•Machine Quilting... this is where we will use the machine to do simple diagonal quilting.

➡️EMBROIDERY
Due to issues we’ve recently had over embroidered blocks and the sashing covering a small part of a letter we will no longer embroidery in the block but instead embroidery will be done across the quilt as we see fit.
