I love making functional table and house wares. The pottery you are seeing here is handcrafted from white stoneware clay. These pieces are wheel-thrown, and decorated using various slips and a unique wax-resist technique similar to doing batik on clay, which may be applied during the green ware stage or after the initial bisque fire. The pots are then glazed and high-fired in reduction in a gas kiln to cone 10, which is about 2350 degrees Fahrenheit. The results are pots that are strong and durable, as well as aesthetically pleasing for everyday use.

Don't hesitate to "convo" me if you have any questions.

Welcome to my shop on Etsy!
Please check out my shop policies below, so that you understand what they are before placing your order.
I love making pottery and I love being able to share it with the world!
I am happy to share my work with you and make sure that you receive it in
the best condition.

Payment
I accept payment through Paypal.
Cashiers checks or money orders are acceptable only within the US, and items will only be shipped once payment is received and verified.

I use Pay Pal because this service accepts most major credit cards and is known for being very safe and reliable.
Please note that you do not need to sign up to have a Pay Pal account in order to use their service to charge with your own charge card.

***You do NOT need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. On the Paypal site you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.***

Just click on the Pay Pal button to quickly fill out your info.
Shipping
Please provide a clear shipping address with your order.
For shipping within the US, I use USPS priority mail or parcel post (if cost is above stated amount) with delivery confirmation.

I do ship internationally, however, international shipping can get really pricey because of the weight of the ceramics. I try to ship first class international whenever possible to keep the shipping costs down, but packages over 4 pounds must be shipped using international priority mail. It’s not my rule, it’s USPS!

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. I am not responsible for breakage that occurs because of customs checks.

Be assured that your pottery will be packed very carefully and should arrive safely! It will be double boxed with extra popcorn cushioning between the boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly issue a refund for the item less the original shipping cost if you notify me and do this within 2 weeks of purchase.

The item must be shipped back to me intact at buyer's expense before a refund will be made and it must be in the original condition with delivery confirmation and insurance.

If the item gets broken during shipping, which can happen even though it's rare, you can photograph the item and e-mail me the photo and I will credit your Pay Pal Account. I try very hard to package well enough to avoid this event.
Additional policies and FAQs
My glazes contain no lead and are non toxic and food safe.
Stoneware pottery is one of the oldest artifacts known and yours should last for many years.
Stoneware is oven and microwave safe and dishwasher friendly when used with care. Hand washing will prolong the life of pottery.
Bake ware should be used as directed for long life.
Always put in a cold oven and let the bake ware heat up as the oven does.
Never put cold or partially frozen food in a casserole or roaster and put it in a hot oven.
