    Invitations are custom designed and emailed. Digital papers, planners, and party decorations are instant downloads available immediately after checkout is complete. Please click "View your files" at the top of the page or look in your purchase history for download buttons.

    Returns and exchanges
    Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not available. However you may redownload from your purchases section or contact me for a replacement.

    Jpeg files cannot be converted to pdf files if the listing is for jpeg files. Pdf files cannot be converted to jpeg files if the listing is for pdf files.

    You must own the appropriate software to use and access these files.
