About

These Are A Few of My Favourite Things...

It's all pretty simple... I love to draw, and working as an illustrator makes me very happy indeed!

For many years now, I've been creating artwork that's made it's way into the pages of magazines & books, onto wine labels, food packages, greeting cards and posters.... and I've enjoyed every minute of it.

A few years ago, I started selling a few of my favourite pieces from my studio in Uxbridge, Ontario. What I really loved about this experience was being able to make a personal connection with the people buying my art. Knowing that my pieces were going home with someone, to be lived with & enjoyed, gave my art an exciting new life, and some permanence in the world.

I started to explore the trails around my new home, and as I did, the creatures I discovered ( and imagined ) began to appear in my illustrations. My love of mid-century modern and folk art also crept in the backdoor. These pieces were so much fun to create, and they seem to make a lot of other folks happy too. They've become the inspirational departure point for nursery decor, gifts between friends and additions to personal collections of art... I so enjoy hearing the personal story behind each purchase!

My shop gives me a chance to share my work with the loveliest of people, all around the world, and you never know who I might meet on my next walk... you'll just have to keep an eye on my growing collection!
