Trafalgar's Square is an illustration company featuring the winsome illustrations of Kit Chase. Owned and operated by Kit and her husband, Adam, and based in Sunny California, Trafalgar's Square seeks to create imagination-sparking, happiness-evoking, high quality products for the young at heart. We believe that children's art should inspire a love for nature, spark the imagination, and kindle curiosity. Since its beginning in 2008, Trafalgar's Square has added a bit of magic to thousands of homes and nurseries the world over.

Returns and exchange details
We accept returns and exchanges on the following conditions:

For domestic USA orders, returns and refunds may be issued if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After that, your order is not eligible for an exchange or return.

All international orders are final and are not eligible for exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. It is recommended that you purchase tracking when shipping your return/exchange to us.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Such items include, but are not limited to downloadable files, used cards, used invitations, tags, used wall decals, or any used paper product of any kind.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by shipping carriers, and therefore such items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. If a carrier loses your order, or the order is damaged by the carrier, contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. You may let us know what happened by contacting with an Etsy conversation or emailing us at info [!at] trafalgarssquare.com. If you send us an email, please be sure to indicate that you are contacting us concerning an Etsy transaction.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or order confirmation number.

Refunds (if applicable)
It is recommended that you purchase tracking when shipping your return/exchange to us. Once we receive your items, we will notify you. If a refund is due, we will process it within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with an Etay conversation or email us at info [!at] trafalgarssquare.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We welcome exchanges within the time allowance for returns and exchanges. Simply notify us of your exchange request by contacting us with an Etay conversation or email us at info [!at] trafalgarssquare.com. We will not process any exchange until we have received the original item. It is recommended that you purchase tracking when shipping your return/exchange to us. If you received an item as a gift, and wish to return or exchange it, we will issue you a store credit for the value of your item. It is recommended that you purchase tracking when shipping a return/exchange item to us.

It is recommended that you purchase tracking when shipping your return/exchange to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning or exchanging an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.
Payment
Paypal is our preferred choice for payment, but we accept card payments as well. If you have need to cancel your order, just convo us and we will work with you to resolve it quickly.
Shipping
After your purchase, we'll process your order and ship it in 2 to 4 business days.

For domestic purchases:

*5x7", 8x10", and 11x14" sizes ship flat in a rigid mailer
*16x20" size ships rolled in a sturdy tube

For international purchases:

*8"x10" and 5x7" prints ship flat
*11"x14" and 16x20" prints ship separately in a mailing tube
*if you purchase and 8x10" or smaller, and an 11x14" or larger, they will all ship rolled in a mailing tube

*Express service offers next-day delivery for most address in the USA, however some address may require two-day service for delivery. All express orders must be arranged and ordered by 2:00 pm Pacific Time in order to ship and deliver the next business day. If ordered after 2:00 pm Pacific Time, order will ship the following business day.

International orders ship via USPS with tracking, and can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on location. Tracking numbers for international (non-USA) orders may no longer be tracked once they leave the United States. Foreign postal services are only required to scan and trace Express mail orders, though sometimes they are tracked and can be accessed through the addressee’s national postal service.

How long will it take to process my order?

Once your order is placed, it takes about 2-4 business days to process, print, and package your order. However, express shipping is available upon request. How do you ship your items?

All prints 8x10 and smaller ship in a sturdy, bend-resistant, chipboard mailer. Prints 11x14 or larger ship rolled in a mailing tube. So, for example, if you place an order for two 5x7 prints and an 11x14 print, you will receive two packages: the smaller prints in a flat mailer, and the larger print in a tube. Also, all orders come with tracking. Please see our shipping policies for more specific details.

Are you taking custom orders?

While we would absolutely love to, we are not accepting any custom orders at this time. If they ever come up with a way to make more than 24 hours a day, or make sleeping an obsolete ritual, we probably will. But for right now, no. Rats.
