Solutions for Personal Trainers to build and manage their business

I started my shop when my girlfriend began her personal training business. She was managing it using plain spreadsheets, and after attempting to use a personal trainer app with a complicated onboarding process for her and her clients, she found it impractical.

I created templates for client programs, adjusting the colors and font to match her style. She pushed me (thank god) to list the template on Etsy, and soon discovered that personal trainers were actively seeking these solutions. Since then, I've immersed myself in learning spreadsheets (sounds fun right?...), Canva, and other platforms to create products that support all personal trainers, whether they train clients in person or online.

Can I switch from LBS to KG?

Absolutely! On each “Day 1” section, just click the drop down arrow beside “LBS” and tap “KG”. This will change all measurements on the sheet.

Do I need experience with Google Sheets to use the digital products?

Nope! These templates are built to be very user-friendly. Also, you receive a document after purchase that explains how to set up and use the templates. If you ever have additional questions, just message me and I will be happy to assist.

Can I make changes to the spreadsheets?

Yes. You can very easily change all colors, fonts, text and even add your logo to match you content and branding!
